SoftPro GenFlow Next Generation Well Water Softener (Gen-V4)

I haven’t installed this product because I am still waiting on a protective cover. Customer service is lacking. I tried to cancel 2 items of my order since they had not shipped yet according to the order status on the website and taking so long, I got a response that they were already in processed to be shipped and they could not cancel. Two days later I get a notification that my order was being shipped. The softener arrived and I realized that the protective cover was missing? I called and left a VM, got a call back from Rhea Aninon, she confirmed that the cover was not shipped and she would contact the vendor to ship it out asap. Over a week and still no cover, I called again and left another VM. Rhea called me back and said that she forgot to follow-up with the vendor and it was out of stock? I told to forget it and just send me instructions on how to send the softener back, even though I would have to pay for shipping and restocking fee, I didn’t want to deal with the delay and company anymore, cut my loses. She tried to talk me into she would get the protective cover shipped right away, I thanked her but not thanks and to please email me the instructions. Rhea said she would after our call, 3 days later, still no email. I about to file a BBB complaint.

Install was pretty easy. Most important, the water is soft now.

After two months, I have seen some of the water stains in our dishwasher have faded. Nice!

Water is far superior to any other water I have ever consumed.

We have a well system and the old setup just did not get everything out of the water we needed, especially hardness. I like how it works so far.

I have never tasted water that tastes as good as this one.

Our home is connected to a well, and after three to four days of regular use, the water will discolor our fixtures. The system operates well after being fully configured.

Our water tastes fantastic right out of the tap and watering the yard takes less time. Don't forget the reverse osmosis too.

Although this system has only been in operation for about ten days, there are no problem with our water. I will publish before and after water test results at a later time.

I learned that smelling chlorine has bad effects. With this system, I noticed that the smell of chlorine while having a hot shower has vanished, and I was thrilled about this.

Finding out how much water our skin absorbs each day contributed to some of my concerns, and it was then that it dawned on me that getting these heavy metals through my skin couldn't be good. So I worked fast and myself this system. My skin and hair felt significantly softer after taking my first shower.

The water is just fantastic whether from my kitchen or bathroom.

Water quality in this area is poor since it dries out our skin and hair, contains chemicals that harm our pipes and clothing, and leaves water stains on our dishes, glasses, and faucets.  So I got this unit and it has been great!

I bought the softener with ro because I grew concerned about my family and becoming health conscious at this point in my life. I learned about the long-term effects of rust, toxin and lead in most drinkable water and I'm not having it. Prevention is cure as they say.

Our water here is hard that dries my skin, and I constantly need to use lotion, particularly in the winter but with our new water softener my skin significantly improved over the past three weeks.

I've been buying water softeners from hardware stores for years. I used to believe they were beneficial to my skin, hair, clothes, etc., but I now realize they are not. I frequently have to add salt, but salt is actually bad for everything, especially drinking. Thankfully I got the genflow softener and it's been a great addition in our lives.
