I purchased your soft water system 18 years ago but for the last 2 years the water just didn’t feel soft. I did a little research and found that it was recommended I change the resin media. I knew the system was still working as my potassium would still need replenishing on a regular basis. I changed the resin and now I have very nice soft water again.
Best $ 235 spent since I originally purchased your system.

I was pleasantly surprised when received it in Florida after 3 days of ordering it from you in California you never mentioned that you have a distributor in Tampa fl. Thank you and The unit I have is 22 years new , I changed the Resin in 2011 and it was good for 10 years , it was time to change it again and it worked fine it is back to auto recharge every 4 days and works perfectly. I have had to replace the seals in the Distributor every 3 to 4 years , which is normal ware and tare, and the cost of a new one is 3 to 4 times what i paid in the beginning
preventative maintenance is worth the time.

I finally got around to using this product. It works very with my special exterior dishwasher softener. It contains the very small moist golden plastic beads. The bag has an easy to pour funnel flap. Overall the product works well
