Returned filter for a refund, i followed all the instructions to do the return, but no refund, it has been at least a month now, i have emailed, text, and called customer service, they almost never answer or respond. When they do answer, they say they are waiting on the warehouse to send them something, then they will process the refund, but that is the same statement made on all communications, but the refund never takes place, this company has no intention of returning anyone. Customer beware.

High quality and nice filters. We have terribly stained and sediment in our well water which dumped dirty water into our water treatment system. This is in front of the water treatment equipment and cleans the water crystal clear. with no noticeable loss of water pressure. I do not have a presser valve after these filters and haven't seen a need to install one as the pressure appears fine. We also have a cheaper pre-filter in front of these which I change out about every 2 months when I see it turn brown. After several months, these filters are still delivering good flow and clean water. Quality mounting plate. Highly recommend.

Customer Service is incredible . The representatives are very knowledgeable and answered all my questions No automated system with tons of numbers to push before you talk to a real person. This filter system works wonderful. With my old system I was changing the filter every month. with this new system, Its been over 6 months and still no trace of iron and manganese smell.

This filtration system is fantastic! Installed it on my neighbor's recommendation because our water is cloudy and very hard. We originally had a GE whole-house filter, which is still necessary, but not big enough to handle our water supply. Installed it in a day with my father-in-law's help, and the improvement to our water was remarkable. Difference in water was noticeable almost immediately, but after a few days, the difference in clarity and quality became even clearer. Filter replacement was super easy. Best of all, customer service was incredibly helpful and receptive- Nick, in particular, was incredibly helpful with installation and receiving filters. I recommend this system whole-heartedly to any homeowner with hard water.

Easy to install and water tastes a million times better. I live in social and unfiltered tap water tastes like you're drinking from a pool. It beats the cost of other filters long term and there's no waiting for a pitcher to refill.

I purchased this unit to replace a whole house filtration system which I purchased locally for much more money. The old system was a total all in one unit with programmable backwash, etc. Long story short, it failed after about two years. Carbon was being released into the house. It took me about half day to install this new unit and to-date I have been very satisfied. I have had very clean water in my house once again.

I've had this for a few years. During that time I've had 0 issues with leaking or hassle. It's amazing to me how dirty the white (1st stage) filter gets during a short period of time. Installed this unit just over a year ago. Works like a champ! Just changed the filters for the first time and they came out looking pretty clean and in good shape. Lasted longer then expected. We have well water so the sediment capture filter removed any and all particulates. Water is better tasting then bottled water. No more shower heads clogging up either.

I could not install this system myself...had to have a professional to install. Water is much better...my laundry was not smelling good and my hair was changing color where the shower water was hitting the back of my head!!! This has now been remedied.. Would recommend.

Install went very well and time will tell on water quality. I will change sediment filter in 3 months and update the product review at that time.

This was an easy installation that only took about 1 1/2 hours. A little bit longer than would have been normal for this type of installation because I installed a bypass around the filters along with a pressure gauge on the upstream and downstream sides of the filter. This was done so I don't have to remove the filters to see how dirty they are, I just look for a 8 to 10psi drop across the filter bank which tells me they are dirty and need to be changed. I can shut off the upstream and downstream ball valves, open the bypass and change the filters without shutting off the water to the house.
