Big Blue Filter Housings #10-BB, uses 4 1/2" x 10" filters
10" Big Blue Housing ideal for whole house water filtration system and high-flow & heavy sediment applications. This filter housing uses 4.5" x 10" filters.
Features:
- Tough Polypropylene body for strength and resistance to chemicals
- High-flow Polypropylene black cap for toughness.
- It has 1" inlet/outlet brass ports that allow better-sealed cable connections to the corresponding pipes.
- A pressure-relief button on the inlet side of the cap releases pressure in the housing for changing filter cartridges.
- Silicone O-ring on the top of the housing entire body to ensure a watertight close.
- Easy to connect multiply housings
- May be used in high-flow applications as well as placed in the main water line
- Expands the life of household appliances
- Removes swimming pool water, unwanted taste & odors, and other contaminants
