The City of Kirkland is a member of the Chute Water Alliance (Cascade) along with Bellevue, Issaquah, Redmond, Sammamish Plateau Water and Sewer District, Skyway Water and Sewer District, and Tukwila. Cascade provides the members with a secure, clean and reliable drinking water in a cost-effective and environmentally responsible way.
