(NECO), a family-owned business in Iowa. They are very knowledgeable, having done thousands and thousands of meter installs in the past 20 years. This kind of meter replacement is useful for our community as it will improve service and billing accuracy. The newest meters will be pre-loaded with radio transmitters that may send readings to customer service headquarters instantly. It will be more efficient and offer more accurate and steady billing. These measures will also improve each of our ability to detect challenges earlier because they may be read nearly one day per day, 365 days annually and will reduce on- site readings and service interruptions. The upgrade will not run you anything. When the substitute project begins, property owners will receive an introduction page to their homes with instructions on how to plan the installation method with NECO. We all will need access to your property for about one hour and an adult 18 yr or older has to be present at the time of unit installation. The system upgrade is necessary and representatives as well available to help ensure that the installation is slated at an easy time for you. We all will follow up with words, postcards, social media content and videos to hold everyone informed on the timeline and ask that you just share this information along with your friends and family members in Elyria.
