Water & Sewer Division Department of Public Works Mission Statement The Water & Sewer Division of the City of Marlborough’s Department of Public Works is accountable for offering the City with drinking water and sewage series and treatment in a price powerful and environmentally friendly manner that meets EPA and DEP requirements.
