PURCHASE SETTING WATER AND SEWER SERVICE PRICES Sec. 1. Meanings. For purposes of the order, the following terms or terms shall have the following symbolism: (1) "Apartment connections" shall mean almost all multiplex residential contacts which are served with a master meter. (2) "Commercial connection" shall mean and include any kind of office building, hotel, conventional hotel, retail store, or additional establishment rendering something or offering an item for profit towards the public, and all additional establishments which are not really residential, apartment or perhaps {nonprofit} connections because defined herein.
