PURCHASE SETTING WATER AND SEWER SERVICE PRICES Sec. 1. Meanings. For purposes of the order, the following terms or terms shall have the following symbolism: (1) "Apartment connections" shall mean almost all multiplex residential contacts which are served with a master meter. (2) "Commercial connection" shall mean and include any kind of office building, hotel, conventional hotel, retail store, or additional establishment rendering something or offering an item for profit towards the public, and all additional establishments which are not really residential, apartment or perhaps {nonprofit} connections because defined herein. (3) "Consumer" shall imply the occupant of the residential, commercial or perhaps industrial structure inside the area of the district, if the owner, renter or perhaps lessee thereof. (4) "Delinquent bill" shall mean a bill intended for water and/or sewer service which has not been paid inside twenty (20) times after the date from the bill. (5) "Equivalent single-family connection" or "ESFC" means the amount of water and sewer usage owing to any building or perhaps structure expressed in equivalent units of water and sewer usage attributable to just one family residential interconnection, as such equivalent utilization may be determined now and then by the district's owner.
