Humboldt County’s standard water infrastructure is currently in great to excellent condition. These communities service a small fraction of the overall population from Humboldt County, and therefore own minimal impact to the over-all County grade. Five with the 11 community service canton individually contribute less than one particular percent to the overall class. Yet, they require significant choice on the individual community range. In contrast, the larger entities among them: Humboldt Bay Municipal Liquid District, the cities, plus the larger community service division contribute, individually, up to fifty percent to the overall grade (Figure 1).
