These three claims motivate us to serve with most of our abilities and also to increase our capabilities so we may better serve. Public security is the highest concern promoted by people of the Smithfield Town Police Department. Initially, since its inception in 2000, Smithfield Town Police Department will be able to work from just one building. The new service, located at fifty-five E 100 H, meets our policing organizational and management needs. We value and are most thankful to the people of Smithfield for providing us with a permanent place that to serve. You will notice on the back covers a memorial intended for Cody Foster. Cody was a friend to us all. He had simply begun his life’s pursuit of being a serenity officer when his life was suddenly cut short. All of us remember him intended for his cheerful character, his decency, his kindness, his bravery, his enthusiasm for a lifetime, and his ability to say-it-as-he-saw-it. Cody’s work ethic was unquestioned, and his specialist integrity untarnished. Officials have described him as being cool, entertaining, super, outgoing, and bold. We pass up him. We will usually remember him with fondness and gratitude for having been amongst those who got to understand him. God bless you, Cody, you always and permanently.
