I have two of those units now, one as pictured above (the go-between the faucet and the showerhead) and one that's just the showerhead. Both work as advertised and deliver a noticeable different shower experience. The water feels much softer and using both shampoo and body wash is a totally different and more pleasant experience. You notice even more when you stay in hotels and realize how hard the water is in those places is compared to home.
