Currently, the device functions effectively with voice commands. However, I hope for an enhancement in integration to enable direct control within Alexa routines. Presently, I can manage basic tasks like turning the water on/off or adjusting protection modes using custom commands. Unfortunately, the limitation lies in the inability to execute more than one custom command per routine through Alexa.

I have a strong appreciation for this product. It provides the convenience of leaving home, activating the away mode on the system, and having the assurance that I'll receive notifications if a leak is detected, with the added benefit of the water valve automatically shutting down.

I really like this product. It is great to be able to leave home, set the system to away, and know that if a leak is detected I will be notified, as well as the water valve shutting down. Also, because the leak detectors sense temperature, I can monitor the actual temperature wherever the detector is located, such as a crawl space. This is a great water softening system well worth the investment.

Although the current commands for this skill are somewhat limited, I anticipate further expansions in the future. Offers piece of mind if something should happen while away from the house that it will close the valve and prevent further damage. Excellent product, use the app to monitor water usage. Helps limit kid’s time in the shower. Get alerts about running toilet on my mobile app as well as email, which is very helpful in saving water wastage.

This is a great product. It has already saved us a lot of headaches and decreased our water bill. We received alerts when a toilet was running without stopping and it has notified us of a leak under our sink before anything bad happened. My favorite features are the alerts that notify you of something going wrong with the water in your house and the ability to set how long before the water automatically shuts off.

The unit does not require external power (they work on 2 aa batteries which are supposed to last 5 years). Each unit is small (about the size of a wireless mouse) and is easy to place.

When a water leak is detected, a notification will be sent immediately via App and email. Works really great. You can put it on a slightly wet towel and it will detect it, so it is really safe to react to even a small amount of water leak.

Had one of these under the fridge as the fridge was making bad noises when the ice maker drew water. Three months later, 6:00am alert and I find a cracked water line and fouled pump. Sensor went off again 2 days later at midnight when the coupler repair on the line failed. Saved me twice!
