Once installed, it was instantaneous greatness. The water tastes like nothing which is what water should taste like. I felt so clean after showering. Clothes smell so much better and have a better feel to them. Then I asked the kids what they thought and from 2 teenagers they were also noticing a difference. That's a feat in itself Lol. We have well water with tons of iron and sulfur so it was extra stinky. We purchased a cottage up north earlier in 2016. Water was tested and it came back fine for drinking and is a deep artesian well about 300' down. As you would expect, there are a lot of minerals in the water and it is very hard. From the start we noticed an orange/red build up in sinks, toilets and shower/shower head. We also were having an issue with random orange iron/rust stains on white sheets and towels. I was hoping this would alleviate the issue of rust/iron and also take the mild sulfur smell out. My plumber said the system installed just fine off main water well line. About 1.5 hrs. of install time and checkout. I purchased all new towels and did some test runs through washer. I was very happy to see the bright white towels still looked bright white and there was zero staining. We have now had the system in three months and I am completely satisfied and very happy with the results. The newer towels still are bright white, no stains on any of them.

Easy install. I put one up at my lake House in central Wisconsin, and it did such a great job of turning orange water to great tasting water. I should have taken a picture of the "after" as it was crystal clear. I did replace the pressure tank and water heater, so that may have helped. I just installed an identical system in my house here in suburban cook county IL, to get rid of the god awful chlorine. I am very impressed with this simple, yet effective system

I installed this filter system myself, after two weeks of having it installed the manganese smell is gone from my water. At first I thought I was going to have to purchase a much more complicated system but this one did the trick. Very easy to install if you're handy with plumbing.

It has been installed for a month now. Immediately noticed that the water is no longer slimy and I need less body wash and the clothes seem cleaner. We were having a problem upstairs with the bathroom sinks smelling like sewer. I'll say now that I don't smell sewer anymore but there is still an odd odor. I have a feeling the anode in the water heater maybe shot and requires a replacement.... Overall so far I'm happy. I'll update again in a year.

System is good quality at a good price. Very satisfied with the quality of my water. Water was brown at times and smelled of chlorine at others. I had it installed professionally and have been using it for over a month now. Water pressure is still good. Love taking a bath again and drinking out of the faucet and cooking with water from the kitchen sink faucet that actually tastes great. Worth every penny. Everyone on city water should filter their water to remove the chemicals they treat it with.

Well water smell and rust gone! I put this system in on my house that has well water. Before this system the water had a yellow color and a Sulphur smell (Eggs). As soon as I installed the system water looks crystal clear and the smell is completely gone. Worth every penny plus the system was easy to install and looks very well made.

Had a water softener and it had failed only to find out it wasn't working anyways. Long story short took on a new method with this product. It's BIG and built really well. Only time will tell on how well it will work. I will have to do a follow up when there has been many gallons threw it but if I dont its because its working great still.

We live where water is supplied by a community well. I couldn't believe how terrible it tasted when we first moved in. I installed local cold water filters in the main bathroom and kitchen however it still meant the hot water was not filtered, and there were only two places to get decent tasting water. I decided on a whole house solution. After installing this system the water has been much better tasting, and from every sink. I also feel much cleaner after a shower. I would say this is a medium-difficult project as you really need to plan the installation since you are cutting into the water supply to your home.

I live in a village with city water. The water is so bad, you just can't drink it. Until installing this system, we only drank water that was filtered through the refrigerator. Not anymore! I hired someone to install it. In my opinion, this isn't a DIY project but having it has been worth it.

Built a new house and moved in 2019. Had significant water issues, black stains in toilets and blackish slimey residue around the faucets and shower heads. Thought we just needed to flush out the pipes from the street because it was new construction, but it never went away. Perhaps it was a Magnesium problem, but was unable to prove that. Complained to the town because I am on city water; had the water tested by both the town and an independent water company. Both stated that water was within acceptable limits for potable water, this goes to show how low our standards are for this measurement of acceptability. Problem continued to persist. Did lots of research and finally ended up with this unit, for heavy metals(in case it was Magnesium). Had my plumber install and had him divert the filtered water for in house use only, had the city water bypass to the the outside faucets (no reason to run filtered water for outside hoses and lawn sprinklers). So far the water tastes better than my filtered water coming out of my Sub-Zero refrigerator and no stains or residue in the toilets, faucets or shower heads. It has only been a few weeks so will update in a few months.

I bought this setup. I get more suds in the shower, and my skin doesn’t itch after a shower like it did before. This filter system saved my life. For years, I had terrible bloating issue. I could not concentrate and got fatigue easily. I tried everything I could. Then I suspected it was the water. I was right. Ever since we installed this filter system, I have never had bloating ever again. I feel like I was reborn again. The city water is badly polluted with pesticides, heavy metals and tons of other nasty stuff. It was very easy to set it up by yourself. Very easy to install. It took less than an hour. I will say we had very bad water. Not only did it taste bad but the smell was so bad it made us sick. Myself and my husband noticed immediately the smell and taste was % different for the better. I would recommend this system to anyone with nasty tasting water.

Once the water in the pipes cycles out for the fresh water to come you will notice a huge taste difference. If it helps anyone we are on cistern water out in the country as well. That’s about it c’mon.

Appears to be a nice unit. Bought this for my well water. I have very good clear water without any filtration buts it's a little on the hard side and deposits some scale. Being in a clear housing is good. So its catching something I can't see in my water. I have been running for a few days now and have no perceivable loss in water pressure. Still being evaluated.

We live in an area that has extremely hard water. We have purchased the Kenmore softeners for the past 15 yrs thinking they did the job. Now that we have a legit unit, we realize the difference in our dishes, fixtures and skin/hair in just a week! Much better results. We also bought the whole house filtration system. My well water has very very high Iron. Our tubs and sinks would stain yellow within a few day after cleaning with CLR spray. Very strong metal smell and taste.
