Replaced a Northstar RO system that started leaking. I was drawn to you system because there was no storage tank and the waste was 1:1, much less than the Northstar. The install was extremely easy since I could use the existing faucet from the Northstar and push connections make for a quick and easy install. I had to purchase two 1/4 to 3/8 push adapters and had the system up and going in less than an hour.

RO units have come a long way since my parents installed one in their house 15 years ago! This unit is as small and sleek (and sexy) as an RO unit gets! Our old cabin really needed a water upgrade because it has old pipes and the water tastes funny. This was the perfect thing!

Easy to install, Waterdrop has a great video on how to install this unit hosted on Youtube. Great look, awesome tasting water, easy to change cartridge, TANKLESS, and compact size. 1 and 2 year longevity of the replacement cartridges, we bought an extra set to have ready for changing. There is a light that tells you the status of your cartridges and if they are ready to need to change. It is quiet, there is some noise when dispensing water but it really is not loud or annoying.

I like that it is an all in one system and the water is constant unlike the systems with a tank. I have installed both in my home. I prefer this setup. Hardest part is running all the lines when your under the sink, but once it�s in, super easy.

We live in Florida. Between the heat and chlorine that has to be added to keep our water safe, tap water doesn�t taste good. This makes our water taste even better than normal bottled water. It tastes more like the alkaline water that is very expensive at the store, but tastes so pure that I sometimes buy it when it�s BOGO at Publix. ??

Love this machine. The installation was easy - if you already have a whole on the countertop (if you don�t, please get a better hole saw to speed up the process)
I love the space saving part the radio of waste water is way lower than the traditional R.O. Systems.
The only concern is since its power-operated, When power outage - it�s gone. Or if the power part failed, it�s gone.

Install is simple with pretty good instructions. I did mine on well water for kitchen sink make sure you have a wall outlet. My water is around 1200 ppm & after waterdrop it comes down to 35-40 ppm. Huge difference in taste for drinking or cooking.

I live in Chicago and my tap water TDS reading is at 115-139ppm most of the time. It is still fairly good quality water but my desire to get even clean water made me purchase this unit. After an initial 30min flush of the system, TDS reads about 3-4ppm. I was quite surprised how well purifying works with the system. Tap water taste was long gone.

The TDS has been up and down with this, measuring 250 sometimes, and down to 50, so I'm not sure, but my tap water is usually around 800 really high, and this is much better for my fish tank. I drink it now instead of bottled water, and honestly it tastes like nothing, it's very pure water, but it doesn't have that extra taste of bottled water, probably the minerals is what I'm missing. But that's ok. there are mineral drops, and inline mineral filters if I really care that much.

I've showed it to friends since the install , some already have similar system with the tank , three and four stage filters. My city's water is very hard, tastes gross, and I was sick of going to the water store with those heavy jugs every other week, or buying bottled water (my temporary quarantine solution). Since I didn't want to lose all my under-sink storage to a huge contraption, this tankless RO unit fit the bill. Installation was as easy as the YouTube tutorial made it seem. It brought my tap water from 508 ppm total dissolved solids down to 14! The water is now crystal clear and drinkable! And though RO will make my water usage go up a little, it will stop me from using any plastics related to drinking water, which is an acceptable tradeoff.

Well packaged, good installation video on YouTube. The written instructions are also clear and easy to follow. Make sure you have an outlet under the sink since the unit needs power. It is never "easy" to work in a cramped sink base but as plumbing goes this was pretty simple to understand and accomplish. The unit produces at a reasonable rate. I would buy again. Hopefully, it lasts as long as they say it does.

The system arrived ahead of time. The instructions were simple to follow, everything is well marked. Before the filtration system arrived I watched one of the installation videos, just to make sure I knew what I was getting myself into. Super simple to install, follow the instructions to the letter and you will be fine. I was setup in under and hour. I could have done it in 30 minutes but I was double checking each piece of the installation.

I'm incredibly impressed with the ease of installation on this unit. It took me a bit longer than the projected time due to issues with how the sink had been installed, but I honestly believe that if it weren't for those issues (which had nothing to do with Waterdrop) it could have been done in 15-20 minutes. It's also a lot quieter than I had expected. Some reviews mention noise, but if I have my cabinet closed it can't be heard at all.

We debated between this one and the more expensive unit by the same manufacturer. We decided to go with this one and we don't regret it. There was a noticeable difference in the taste of the water immediately. We had a different filter system in place, which my husband removed to install this one. I'm a California State Licensed Water Treatment Plant Operator and I did my research on different systems and decided on this one for several reasons. After using for about a month now, I can tell you that I made the right choice. I replaced expensive bottled water with this system and me and my family all agree that it tastes just as good as bottled water. I recommend replacing the smaller filter every 6 months though no matter what just to make sure that it stays of the highest quality
