Red Big cat Municipal Authority utilizes surface water because of our raw hydrant source. A Source Water Evaluation of Red Big cat Municipal Authority places were completed in 2002 by the PA Division of Environmental Safety (PADEP). The Evaluation found that the resources that are potentially the majority of susceptible to accidental splatters along roads, leakages in underground storage space tanks, urban surprise water runoff and agricultural activities. Reddish Lion Municipal Expert has completed the project of having a comprehensive Source Drinking water Protection Plan to safeguard the high-quality drinking water that they can supply to all clients. The Source Water Safety Plan was posted to PADEP found in April 2008 and received approval in-may, 2008.
