SWTA's mission is to give a network of instruction, correspondence, and support to strengthen our members and their capacity to all the more likely give open transportation services and products in the communities they serve. Basic beliefs While the South West Transit Association surely embraces such standard values as uprightness, greatness, honesty, responsibility, diversity, and advancement, our arranging process recognized extra values that make SWTA one of a kind. SWTA also values: Our regional nature and strength Our way of life of friendliness, congeniality, and enthusiastic thought sharing Our capacity to give increasingly personal and customized services to members Our nitty gritty, affordable and effective part services Our capacity to have a great time and not always pay attention to ourselves SWTA Strategic Plan In 2013 the SWTA Board will set out on an adventure to set a reasonable vision with measurable objectives for the following ten years. The establishment for this exertion is the endorsed the SWTA Strategic Plan that was received at the February 19, 2008 board meeting. Keith Jones, Strategic Plan Committee Chair, tried saying it is and will keep on being a work in progress. That work will further crystallize all through 2013 as SWTA considers transit's significant job in the improvement of sustainable, liveable and accessible communities. As you read through the 2008 goals and objectives set forward by the board and membership, you will see there is still space for input and improvement.
