ABOUT US The Walnut Park Mutual Water Company is accused of securing, keeping up and carrying on a household consumable water supply system for the supplying of water to its investors and occupants on the inexact 500 sections of land of land in Los Angeles County known as the network of Walnut Park. Who We Are The Walnut Park Mutual Water Company was first fused on April 30th, 1914. The company was composed by the sub-dividers, Victor Girard Kleinberger and Frank H. Edwards of the Cudahy-Walnut Lands Company. The portions of stock were given to the proprietors and future proprietors of parts in the network at the pace of one portion of stock for each parcel. The primary gathering of the coordinators and endorsers of stock was assembled in the Herman W. Hellman Building, room 200, 356 South Spring Street, Los Angeles, on May 21st, 1914 at 4:30 P.M. Who We Are (cont.) The coordinators were Marco H. Hellman, President, Hellman Commercial Trust and Savings Bank and Vice President, Merchant's National Bank; Fred L. Bread cook, President, Baker Iron Works and Los Angeles Ship Building Corporation; Victor G. Kleinberger, Realator and Sub-divider; and Loius M. Cole, President, Royal Company. Louis M. Cole was chosen as the principal President. Fred L.Baker was chosen the Vice President and Victor G Kleinberger was chosen Secretary. The Walnut Park Mutual Water Company built wells, siphoning gear and water mains and as each parcel was sold, the proprietor was given one portion of stock in the water company. The expense of developing the water system was carried on by the Cudahy-Walnut Lands Company at no extra cost to the property owners..
