I installed the iron out salt free system along with the water softener. The blue filter cartridge hydronix cb-45-1010 doesn't work! I had less than .25 gpm and just a trickle of water with the filter in. Blocking one end I couldn't even blow air through it. everything else seem to be working fine. I only used it for a week, but with the exception of the filter ( and no response from email sent ) the system works great

I’ve installed two SoftPro Elite systems in two different homes. Both times the sales, service, and support were top notch. There’s just no other option that compares. The system gets rid of every last bad element (including odors) while still leaving the good minerals, and you get that from every outlet in the house. We had no issues attaching the filter to our sink, we did have to use one of the adapters but still no issues. The water tastes much better when before it had a very distinct chlorine taste and smell. We are really glad that we have been able to switch from the 5-gallon water bottles we were getting to this since it is also a savings over the primo water jugs that are also inconvenient to replace on a monthly basis. We were spending over $155 in six months on water jug refills before switching to SoftPro Elite above sink filtration. Plus the weekly trip to Lowe's is now not necessary. Please do not stop making filter replacements for the unit! Thank you

Sent in a test, they sent me their suggested system, I purchased what they suggested. I recieved the order pretty quick after placing it. Installation wasn't that bad just time consuming having to let the canisters soak, after which I fired the system up and noticed an immediate difference. Been running great ever since, going on about 6 months now, so I've recently ordered some replacement filters for the whole house filter. My advice...if your slightly knowledgeable of a little plumbing....send your sample and buy SoftPro Elite

Purchased replacement carbon media for PC 600 filter. Everything came OK but the cardboard box looked like it had been through a car wreck. Heavy media and very light plastic parts just invite the shippers to toss the package around like a ball. Packaging could have been better.
