Wagoner County Rural Water District #four became shaped on June 19, 1967, below the State's Rural Water Districts Act. It took place because of a petition filed with the county clerk by using 3 landowners and residents inside the vicinity.The workplace is positioned at 9816 S. 239th East Ave. In Broken Arrow, Oklahoma (918-258-2331).The district is owned by using advantage unit holders (faucet holders) and a five-member board of administrators governs the district. The Board of Directors are Arnold Kunze, Chairman, Charles Stinnett, Vice-Chairman, Gary Rogers, Secretary-Treasurer, waterJim Self, Director, Greg Bisdee, Director.Management of the district consists of an Operations Manager, Rick Lang and Business Manager, Bill Giles. Their respective backgrounds and revel in praise the district's capability to be attentive to the district's wishes. It also allows them to establish a meaningful vision for future carrier and increase.Rural Water District #4 operates its very own water plant and sewer plant. Construction is whole at the water plant enlargement that doubled the machine's capability. The new water plant went into carrier in November 2006.
