Pura UV-20 Systems 10 Micron Carbon Block Filter

The right filter for your Pura UV-20. Nothing extra.

This 10 micron carbon block filter is made for standard Pura UV-20 systems. It measures 2.5" x 20", so it drops into your housing as a straight swap.

• 10 micron carbon block
• Fits all standard Pura UV-20 systems
• Not for the UV-20 BB, which needs a 4" x 20" filter. Contact us for BB filters.

Check your model. Swap it. Done.

1. Confirm you have the standard UV-20 and not the BB.
2. Shut off the water and relieve the pressure.
3. Remove the old filter from the housing and drop in the new one.
4. Reassemble, turn the water on and check for leaks.

It cleans the water before the UV light does.

Water passes through the carbon block, which catches particles down to 10 microns. Cleaner water goes on to the UV stage, so the system can do its job.

Notes:

• The page only gives the size, the 10 micron rating and UV-20 compatibility. It doesn’t list what the filter removes, how long it lasts or how to replace it.
• The “How to Use” and “How Does It Work” sections are standard explanations. The “cleaner water helps the UV stage” idea is general knowledge, not from the page. Check them against the Pura manual and confirm with the brand.
• Add a replacement schedule if you can confirm one.
