Water Refund Program The City of Beloit Water Assets Division, an EPA WaterSense Companion, has established a motivation program to encourage residents to change inefficient toilets as well as fixtures with new ones that can conserve water. · A refund of $50 is going to be offered to those who can provide evidence of replacing older, ineffective toilets with more recent, efficient EPA Water Feeling models. · A refund of $25 is going to be offered to home water customers who can provide proof associated with replacing old ineffective fixtures (i. at the. showerheads as well as faucets) with effective EPA Water Feeling models. Rebates are limited by an annual quantity of $100 per home. Rebates are on a first-come, first-served foundation until funds tend to be exhausted. Customer Eligibility for that Rebate: Single loved one's homes, condo, or multi-family dwellings no bigger than four units qualify for the refund. Other eligibility needs are: must be considered a customer of the actual City of Beloit Water Assets Division, must be changing a toilet/fixture over the age of 1994, the new toilet/fixture should be listed on EPA's WaterSense checklist, and must be who owns the property. An authentic, unaltered, dated sales invoice listing the help to make and model numbers along with a picture showing evidence of installation MUST go with the rebate software. Owners who take up the dwelling (live full-time in the dwelling) may either make use of a licensed plumber to set up the toilet/fixture or get it done themselves. Owners who don't occupy the home (i. e. landlords) must make use of a licensed plumber to set up the toilet/fixture. The old lavatories or fixtures can't be reused. The applicant agrees and realizes that the City of Beloit Water Assets Division reserves the best to inspect installing the fixture before or following the rebate credit is issued towards the applicant. The applicant realizes that the City of Beloit Water Assets Division may keep the rebate until any or all the above-listed problems are met..
