History: The Borough of Collingswood materials drinking water to all of Collingswood, Woodlynne and a part of Haddon Township. Our water gadget service place covers about 50 linear miles of water mains starting from 4” to 16” with over 6,000 energetic carrier connections serving about 21,000 people. All provider connections for commercial enterprise and residents are metered. Water Source: The Borough of Collingswood currently obtains its entire water supply from five (five) underground constrained wells located in the Potomac Raritan Magothy Aquifer geological formation. The wells range from 250 to 320 feet deep. All of our potables nicely assets are placed all through the Borough of Collingswood. Four (four) of our wells are presently placed in the region of the Highland & Hillcrest Ave Water Treatment Plant that's placed at 215 Hillcrest Ave. The ultimate property is placed at Comly & Cattell Avenue Water Treatment Plant.
