I was pleasantly surprised when received it in Florida after 3 days of ordering it from you in California you never mentioned that you have a distributor in Tampa fl. Thank you and The unit I have is 22 years new , I changed the Resin in 2011 and it was good for 10 years , it was time to change it again and it worked fine it is back to auto recharge every 4 days and works perfectly. I have had to replace the seals in the Distributor every 3 to 4 years , which is normal ware and tare, and the cost of a new one is 3 to 4 times what i paid in the beginning
preventative maintenance is worth the time.

I purchased your soft water system 18 years ago but for the last 2 years the water just didn’t feel soft. I did a little research and found that it was recommended I change the resin media. I knew the system was still working as my potassium would still need replenishing on a regular basis. I changed the resin and now I have very nice soft water again.

Thanks to YouTube, I figured out how to replace the resin and we had a softener that worked practically as fresh for around $100 and a few hours of labour.
The old resin was a little more than 12 years old. I was told that a typical residential unit should last about 8 years. Now with the new resin, water is great!
Someone recommended that we should just buy a new softener for ~$450 but I bought this bag of resin for $80+ and it arrived within a day or two. Thank God we didn't go buying a new one. With the new one, our 15 year old softener is working like brand new.
The softeners been working for over a month just fine, just be sure to backwash the new resin a few times then regenerate it before putting it in service.
I finally got around to using this product. It works very with my special exterior dishwasher softener. It contains the very small moist golden plastic beads. The bag has an easy to pour funnel flap. Overall the product works well
