The Big Blue 10" Pleated Sediment Cartridge catches sediment down to 5 microns before it reaches your softener, appliances, and faucets. The pleated design gives it plenty of surface area to hold dirt, so it keeps flowing instead of clogging fast.
It fits 10" Big Blue housings and works well as a first-stage filter for well water.
HOW TO USE
Swap it in. Seal it up. Sip clean.
- Check your housing. This cartridge fits 10" Big Blue housings.
- Shut off the water and release the pressure in the housing.
- Drop in the cartridge, lubricate the o-ring, and hand-tighten the housing.
- Turn the water back on and check for leaks.
- Replace the cartridge when your water pressure drops or the water turns cloudy.
