DESCRIPTION
Calcite’s tough sidekick.
Corosex is a blending media for pH-booster (calcite) filters. This 30 lb bag is sized for a 1.5 cu ft calcite filter, and it should never go in alone.
- 30 lbs, blended at a maximum of 20% with calcite
- Sized for a 1.5 cu ft calcite tank
- Not for standalone use
HOW TO USE
Blend it. Load it. Done.
- Measure your calcite. The blend can be a maximum of 20% Corosex.
- Mix the two together: 20 lbs Corosex per 100 lbs (1 cu ft) of calcite.
- Load the blend into your filter tank.
- Backwash and start up per your system’s instructions.
Not sure of your ratio? Call 1-866-278-4130 before you order.
HOW DOES IT WORK
Two media. One tank. Better pH.
Corosex is mixed through your calcite bed. As water flows through the blend, the media work together to raise your water’s pH. The result is less corrosive water for your pipes, fixtures and appliances.
