Iron and other gunk foul your resin bed and drag down your softener’s performance. Res Care-Q chemically cleans that buildup and restores your resin’s exchange capacity, so it lasts longer and works better.

Pour. Regenerate. Repeat as needed.

Fouled unit (first use):

1. When salt is low, pour 1/2 cup (4 oz) per cu ft of resin into the brine well or salt tank.
2. Regenerate the softener manually.
3. If you notice taste, odor or discoloration, regenerate again.
4. Run the nearest cold soft water tap until it clears.

Normal use: Add 1 tbsp (1/2 oz) per cu ft to the brine well before each regeneration.

It cleans the resin every time your softener regenerates.
