The Spin-Down Sediment Separator stops sediment before it reaches your softener, fixtures and holding tanks. It’s made of high-impact, non-corrosive molded plastic, with a reusable 60-mesh polyester screen you rinse and reuse instead of replacing.

- 1/2" MIPT drain cleanout with cap

HOW TO USE
Install once. Rinse as needed.
- Shut off the water supply.
- Mount the separator inline, ahead of your softener and RV plumbing.
- Cap the drain cleanout and turn the water on.
- Check the clear sump now and then.
- When it fills with sediment, open the drain to flush. Rinse the screen if it’s dirty.

Water flows through the 60-mesh screen, which blocks sand and grit. Heavier particles settle into the clear sump, where you can see them. Open the drain cleanout to flush them out and the screen is ready to go again.
