DESCRIPTION
Uranium in your water? Don't leave it to guesswork.
The SoftPro Elite Smart Memory Metered Uranium Removal System (WS1-64UK) is designed to help reduce uranium in water using specialized ion-exchange resin. Its metered control valve tracks water usage and manages regeneration, helping maintain treatment performance without relying on a fixed schedule.
The system includes a 10" × 54" mineral tank, 1.5 cubic feet of high-capacity cation resin, an electronic metered control valve, and a brine tank assembly.
HOW TO USE
Test your water. Size the system. Treat with confidence.
- Test for uranium. Confirm your water's uranium concentration before selecting a treatment system.
- Check compatibility. Have a water-treatment professional verify your water chemistry and system requirements.
- Install the system. Connect the mineral tank, control valve, brine tank, and plumbing according to the manufacturer's instructions.
- Monitor results. Test treated water regularly to verify uranium reduction and maintain performance.
HOW DOES IT WORK
Metered control. Targeted contaminant reduction.
- Exchange: Specialized cation resin captures targeted dissolved ions, including uranium species under suitable water conditions.
- Regenerate: The metered valve tracks water usage and initiates regeneration as programmed.
- Maintain: Regular water testing confirms whether the system continues to meet your treatment goals.
Important: Uranium removal depends on water chemistry, uranium concentration, and system setup. Do not assume the system makes water safe without laboratory testing of treated water.
