South Acton Water Treatment Plant Process The South Acton Water Treatment Plant was finished in June of 2015 and has a limit of 1.7 MGD. The raw water from each source (School St. and Assabet) is first circulated air through committed stuffed tower air circulation systems. The air circulation procedure expels unpredictable mixes, raises the pH of the water, and gives introductory oxidation.
