Resource Water and Treatment for Collier Region The Collier Region Water System pumping systems groundwater from 3 well fields situated in the Golden Entrance Estates. The North Hawthorn Well discipline has 24 water wells that provide water towards the North County Local Water Treatment Grow. The South Hawthorn Wellfield offers 42 wells that offer water to the South Region Regional Water Treatment Plant. The SCRWTP has doze MGD treatment capability utilizing lime conditioning and 20 MGD treatment capacity making use of reverse osmosis.
